Wonju DB donates all 20 million won in proceeds from canteen operation 'for the underprivileged'

Wonju DB donated all proceeds from its concession stand for the underprivileged.

On the 16th, Wonju DB announced, "Prior to the home game of the first leg of the quarterfinal playoffs against Busan KCC on the 15th, we held a delivery ceremony to donate all of the proceeds from the concession stand operated directly by the Wonju home stadium to the city of Wonju."

Wonju DB held a ceremony with DB Promise Basketball President Kwon Soon-cheol and Won Kang-soo, the mayor of Wonju, to deliver the proceeds from the concession stand, and the donation will be delivered to the needy neighbors in Wonju through the Citizen's Angel Campaign.

The donations will be distributed to the next lowest class (370 households) in Wonju, the city of their hometown, and will also be used for the I'm a Good Wonju Angel project.

The DB Basketball Team hopes to provide strength to the underprivileged through the donation of proceeds, and plans to continue to carry out various activities to convey warm love to neighbors in Wonju.
